Todays Post is about a truffle bar from a company called Seattle Chocolates. I may do future posts on different flavors but this post is about the flavor called San Juan Sea Salt.

These truffle bars cost $3.50 for a 2.5 oz bar which you may think is a little bit pricey but trust me it they are worth every penny. Let me start off by saying that these bars are amazing. I love love love them. The chocolate just melts in your mouth or on your fingers if you do not eat it fast enough. It is a challenge to not eat the whole bar once you have opened it because it is just that good. They are filled with crunchy toffee and sea salt. They have all natural ingredients and are Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa.
